As an appropriate extension of the water-cooled MIPS RAM cooler 2 of this RAM Cooler 2 module is available.

It is needed with a RAM cooler 2, two memory modules (without Heat Spreader) to cool the same time.

Many manufacturers provide their RAM modules these days with so-called heat spreaders, which will help for better cooling. This will only work if a sufficiently large air flow is passed to the memory. Especially in water-cooled systems or Silent insulated systems, this is usually not the case. The reservoirs are then often up to 70 degrees Celsius and are unstable and go defective. By using the MIPS RAM cooler, the operating temperature to moderate 35-40 degrees Celsius are lowered.

This is precisely where the solution offered here in an active memory cooling, and offers the following advantages:

- Absolutely stable operation of the memory modules
- Longer life of the memory modules
- Highest overclocking potential of the memory modules

The RAM cooler is simply integrated into the existing water system and achieves excellent cooling performance. This version is for up to three double-sided memory modules with about 3 - 4 mm thickness without heat spreader suitable (possibly, the original heat spreader to be removed).

The RAM modules are movable and are suitable for RAM slots with a distance of 8 - 10 mm (center to center). They fit so well on a mainboard with a small distance between the dual channel memory slots (eg 939er MSI motherboards). With two RAM cooler 2 is now also the cooling of up to four memory modules.

The RAM cooler 2 is being offered in the Basic version with a RAM module. For a simultaneous cooling of two or three memory modules, please order the corresponding required number of RAM modules.
