Lian Li XB-01 High End CPU waterblock [CB-01]

It was developed together with the cooling expert from Overclockers UK and combines the same standards for high-quality materials such as the outstanding Lian Li chassis

To ensure efficient cooling, the bearing surface of the heat sink has a core made of solid copper with nickel plating and a finishing touches tin-cobalt, which means extra cooling capacity, durability and corrosion resistance can be achieved. The top, however, consists of a transparent acrylic block, which makes visible the cooling liquid in the microchannels for everyone. The visual highlight of set two pre-drilled holes, in which 5 mm LEDs can be accommodated and can illuminate the cooling block perfectly.

The CB-01 uses for the input and output terminals per a standardized G1 / 4-inch thread, so most watercooling loops should fit in here. The positioning of the thread was chosen wisely and staggered. In this way ensures that the coolest water is passed first to the hot CPU cores and there can efficiently cool. Thanks to the high-precision manufacturing methods of Lian Li is taken to ensure that the microchannels are as thin as possible and to allow maximum performance.

The efficient heatsink fits on all modern Intel Socket, including 1366/1150/1151/1155/1156 and 775. On the other hand, AMD side is + / AM3 / AM3 + / FM1 / FM2 and FM2 + supports AM2 / AM2. Delivered is the BC-01 with already pre-installed Intel-fixing, which could of course be replaced by the attached AMD bracket. To protect the rear of the motherboard, also lie with matching backplates and a foam insert.

The scope of delivery of this product includes in addition to the various motherboard fixings also suitable installation materials, rubber seals and thermal paste. However, the necessary watercooling ports must be purchased separately. Thanks to the now customary G1 / 4-inch threaded most ports should however fit without problems.
