Fast & reliable SSD for home users
The SSDNow UV400 is a low-cost, yet very fast and reliable SSD that uses the Marvell 88SS1074 4-channel controller and advanced TLC flash memory. The 960-GB version achieves data transfer speeds of 540 MB / s for sequential read-out and 500 MB / s for writing, and a maximum of 90,000 / 50,000 IOPS (4KB random read / write). The life expectancy is expressed as 1,000,000 h MTBF and 400 TBW (Terabytes written). Thanks to modern flash memory, the UV400 also delivers very good energy consumption values, which Kingston records at only 0.672 W in idle, 0.59 W in reading and 2.515 W in writing, which - in addition to the low height of only 7 mm - is ideal for use in Notebooks. Kingston grants a warranty period of three years.

Note: The TRIM function is optimally supported only by modern operating systems (eg Windows 7 or later).
