This performance DDR4 memory is clocked in normal operation with 2,133 MHz at 1.2 volts and latencies of CL 16-18-18-38. With the automatic setting XMP 2.0 profiles or by manual configuration, the V RipJaws achieve in combination with a compatible motherboard optimum performance of up to 3,200 MHz clock at 1.35 volts.

The DDR4 modules have black PCBs, which are surrounded at this version of black anodized heat spreaders. The aluminum plates fall from relatively low and with a total height of 42 millimeters adjust the RipJaws V under many expansive CPU cooler. Thanks to the heatspreader this total of 16 GB of quad-channel kit is always cool. As proof of the high quality G.Skill granted also an extremely long manufacturer's warranty of 10 years!
