The chrome-plated fittings with double knurling are unique on the watercooling market. They are polished to a mirror finish, giving them a great look especially when lit by a LED. This allows passive lighting of the whole case. The specially designed rim on the fitting prevents it from being over-tightened, making the handling of this fitting much easier and safer. This rim-mechanism comes into play both when tightening the union nut and when inserting the fitting into a waterblock.

The short thread of only 5mm makes the use of spacer rings obsolete in most cases where one would usually be required.
