The models of the BQ series represent the middle class in the power supply portfolio and are offered with 650, 850 and 850 watts of continuous power. All EVGA BQ meet the requirements of 80 plus bronze and reach at least 85 percent efficiency at medium load. Compared to older bronze power supplies, EVGA offers, above all, an improved voltage regulation, which modern components accept gratefully: Thanks to DC-DC down-conversion, + 3.3 and + 5 volts voltage are independently controlled, which is particularly suitable for asymmetrical loads , As they occur almost continuously in modern systems.
