The ASUS STRIX Magnus uses three 14 mm condensate capsules for the initial voice transmission, which guarantee a high recording quality and additionally ensure that three different recording modes can be easily set on the microphone. The cardiod mode is for a single speaker, while the stereo mode can also include several people and the surrounding noise. The ENC mode is a special mode for game streaming and Lets Plays, which suppress ambient sounds such as keyboard rattles and clicks.

The headphone port is directly monitorable and allows for a delay-free interception during voice recording. The ROG exclusive Aura-RGB illumination immerses the device into a powerful light, which can be matched with other Aura-Sync-capable products in terms of its intensity and its color spectrum. Its compact design, low weight and practical carrying bag make the STRIX Magnus microphone the perfect companion for on the road.
