First Class Recorded Delivery - Insured Upto £32

This option has an advantage for customers who have purchased less than 2 Kilos in weight that have a lower order value. Orders are shipped out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery between the following hours:

Mon - Fri 9:00am - 4:30pm
Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm

Royal Mail Recorded Items usually take 1-3 working days to arrive at there destination and are only Insured up to a maximum of £32.00
Please take this into consideration when choosing this shipping method.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - Insured Upto £500

Orders are shipped out by Royal Special Delivery between the following hours:

Mon - Fri 9:00am - 4:30pm

Royal Mail Special Delivery is a Next Day delivery service Not including Saturdays. This shipping method is Insured up to £500 and if you dont receive your order the Next Working Day after we have dispatched it, we will refund the full postage!

Please take this into consideration when choosing this shipping method.

Business Post BagIT - Next Day Delivery by 5:30pm

Business Post BagIT - Next Day Delivery orders are shipped out between the following hours:

8:30am - 3:30pm
DOES NOT INCLUDE SAT/SUN COLLECTION OR DELIVERIES

Please consider this to be the main shipping option as it is the cheapest way to ship with full value shipping Insurance.

RETURNS POLICY

You must follow these instructions for us to process your return smoothly.

• Send us an email using our "Contact Us"page, please make sure you fill out the form with your order reference number.
• We aim to answer your query within 12hrs from the time it was sent, and supply you with a returns reference number and/or full information about what you should do next.
• Customers will be asked to pay for the return postage themselves, unless this is within 14 days of your purchase. All returns MUST be a signed for delivery service with full shipping insurance. WaterCooling UK will not be liable for goods which may be lost or damaged in transit on there return path. We reserve the right to decline goods which are not sent by an insured and safe delivery service resulting in the parcel arriving back with you.
• Our Returns address can be found on the "Contact Us" page on the left hand side under "Information". Any goods which are not returned to this address will not be accepted resulting in the parcel arriving back with you. This will only slow down your Returns Claim.
• Once the item is on the return path back to us, please contact us with your Postal Information and Tracking number of your returned item(s).
• Please allow 5 Working days for your returned item to arrive here safely.
• Sit back, Be patient and we will contact you within 24hrs of receiving your goods.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only be able to accept the product return if..
• The Item has its original packaging and is free from damage.
• The Item is faulty or damaged and you wish to return for repair / replacement.
• The Item is complete and with all accessories where applicable.
• The Item is within 14 days of the original purchase and does not compromise the conditions above.

All returns which are found to be "not faulty" will be subject to a 15% restocking fee when refunded.
