Research & Development:
The developing process of water blocks acquires hi-tech CAD-CAM technology. The scratch sketches are transferred into 3D model of the water block. Before the prototypes are made, the 3D models are tested on a flow and heat simulation software. When the prototype shows enough reasons for its existence, few slightly different samples of prototypes are made and tested on real time CPU simulator, where all its characteristics are recorded in our database on our computer. Usually there needs to be some minor detail fixes and the water block is ready for a series of production. Our production facilities consistc of 2 CNC machining centers.
