Our operating hours are 10am until 4:00pm Monday through to Friday.

We recommend the use of email as it is quick, efficient, and lets you and us keep a record of previous correspondence. We aim to reply within 5 hours however on busy days this might not be possible. Please note, that we only accept emails from email addresses that match a registered customer account. This is due to the large amounts of spam our sales address receives.

Returns
If you have a problem with your product and you wish to return it to us, you need to log into your account and generate an RMA number online. If you have any issues in doing this or require any technical advice feel free to contact us via e-mail.

In-Store Ordering
If you wish to take a trip over to our store in Manchester, feel free. You are able to place orders within the shop over our secure internet connection as you would normally do from home and we'll pick and pack your order as you wait. Please note that on busy occasions you may be required to wait up to 25 minutes for your order to be picked.
Please Note: Cash payments are usually not accepted in store, orders are to be paid via Credit/Debit card or Paypal.
Collections
Do you want to save some cash on delivery charges? Why not come collect your order from us here in Manchester. Once your order is placed online, please allow 25 minutes for your order to be picked and packed ready for collection. It's quick and it's easy and most of all it saves you money!
Easiest thing to do is to give us a call and ask if your order is ready for collection before setting off..

We are located quite close to Trafford General Hospital in the Urmston area of Manchester, 1.5 Miles from the M60 Motorway at Junction 9 or 10.
